Nebraska Furniture Mart v. Scott B. Sullivan

  1. District Magistrate Judge Daniel W. Vokins

  2. Judge Pro Tempore Melanie Haines.

  3. Judge Pro Tempore Steven Ellis.

  4. Judge Gerald T. Elliott.

  5. Judge Pro Tempore Robert Scott.

  6. Judge Paul Gurney.

  7. Judge Charles Droege.

  8. Chief Judge Kevin Moriarty.

  9. Kansas Supreme Court Justice Lee Johnson.

  10. Kansas Supreme Court Chief Justice Lawton Nuss.

    1. The question to be asked of Justices Lee Johnson and Lawton Nuss is this: because they were monitoring my case; why were they allowing the litigation abuse to go on? They knew that I was telling the truth. They knew that my health care was being withheld to cover up OnForce's insurance racketeering. They knew that NFM was demanding a Global Settlement Release and threatening $70,000 in attorneys' fees on a $1300 debt collection against a disabled man who was a victim of a nationwide, Berkshire Hathaway created insurance scheme. AND they knew that I caught the law firm of Berman & Rabin red-handed distributing a Russian made computer virus.

At what point can the American people expect the "Independent" Judicial Branch to regulate its judges and judicial officers and staff?

How independent do we have to let the judicial branch be, when deputies are threatening violence against disabled people to deter them from litigating crimes targeting their health care?

Remember...this is a case where the evidence was on the record, and the Supreme Court of Kansas was monitoring the case, by rule, because it was on the docket for more than 180 days; and then for ultimately more than three years. NFM was stealing hundreds of millions of dollars per year in the interim; and the court was not sanctioning attorneys for frivolous defenses and denials.

The court was adding arguments that the defense attorneys omitted, and then granting them.
